You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support team first at info@tarpaulinstore.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.

Once your return is approved:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• Securely pack the item to prevent damage in transit

• Send it back to the return address provided by our team

After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
