Ripstop Canvas Tarpaulins 17oz Cotton Canvas Tarps

Tarpaulin Store 17oz Ripstop Canvas tarpaulins are manufactured from heavy duty canvas mixed with polyester yarn, these ripstop stop tears from spreading. This canvas is 15oz before treatment and becomes 17oz after treatment. These heavy duty canvas tarpaulins are imported from India.

Our 170z Ripstop Canvas tarpaulins are made from a heavy weight cotton which has been treated to make them water resistant and lighter in weight to handle and use. These Tarp have 12mm brass eyelets at 2ft intervals in single-stitched hems with extra Strengthening tabs at each eyelet, to provide strong fixing points.

Please Note these tarps are cut size so the finished size will be slightly smaller, also a minimal shrinkage can occur with temperature changes. These 17oz canvas tarps are chemically treated to make them water resistant and they don’t have the wax processed feel as other canvas tarps.

Because the tarps are treated and dyed, and there is a small risk of colour changes— use with care
