🚚 Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following working day.
We do not process or dispatch orders over the weekend.
📦 Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2 working days.
Please note that deliveries are made on working days only (Monday to Friday). While we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, rare delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or public health situations.

📍 Delivering to a Different Address
Need your order sent somewhere else? No problem!
At checkout, simply tick the “Deliver to another address” option and enter the alternative delivery details. We’ll ensure your parcel is sent exactly where you need it.

✍️ Signature on Delivery
For security and peace of mind, our courier partners require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your parcel reaches the correct recipient.
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us, and we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
